This is because the FMR Lexan® polycarbonate construction offers 20X the impact resistance and 23X the crack resistance of the acrylic used in most aftermarket shields. The Z2261 stands 3.75" taller than stock. It also features a more upright angle for additional coverage. An innovative shape ensures a smooth airflow behind the shield, reducing wind noise and buffeting. The Z2261 mounts to the F650CS in minutes using existing mounting bolts. A light tint enhances the F650's modern looks while providing excellent visibility.
The Z2263 (at right) measures in at 16" tall (1/2" taller than stock) and 15.5" wide. The shield also features a more upright angle, and an innovative shape to ensure a smooth airflow behind the shield. The result is a noticeable reduction in wind noise and buffeting.
