Z2200 Dolphine™ Windshield
Smooth Laminar Airflow

The look is classic: DOLPHINE™. It's aerodynamics are Pure Laminar Flow. Similar to a racing bubble with minimum resistance, it features low turbulence and that means low noise. These aerodynamic enhancements add up to better comfort for both the rider and passenger of the R1150RS.

The Dolphine's pushed-out front bubble increases your comfort level. The Dolphine is also wide, giving you good wind protection in rainy or dusty conditions. It makes a great windshield for two-up riding on the R1150RS. Adjusted up, down or anywhere in between, the Dolphine's large bubble smooths out the air flow and the extra width provides a wider air pocket.

The Dolphine windshield is made from clear, tough 4.5mm Lexan® polycarbonate for excellent optics, impact resistance, and crack resistance. The FMR hardcoat gives you excellent abrasion resistance and long-term quality. For simple bolt-on installation, the Dolphine utilizes the original factory mounting points.

 

The OEM shield (at left) produces a turbulent airflow. The Dolphine (above right) produces a smooth, laminar airflow in either the lowered or raised setting. This reduces buffeting around the helmet and decreases wind noise as well.
